Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it for a store credit within 30-days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. 

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

  • Item(s) requesting to be returned or exchanged
  • If you are exchanging a gift, please provide any of the following customer's info such as their full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.

If this concerns an issue with the product, please let us know so we can follow a different path in resolving that.
